The Agency for Clinical Innovation Musculoskeletal Network is leading the Musculoskeletal in Primary Health Care Initiative (MIPHCI) to determine if the models of care for Osteoporotic Refracture Prevention, the Osteoarthritis Chronic Care Program and the newly developed model for the Management of Acute Low Back Pain can be delivered together in a primary care setting and achieve the same or better outcomes as shown in our evaluations of services delivered in outpatient settings.
