Communications and Engagement - Senior Project Manager

  • Fixed Term to 30June 2018
  • $100,431 - $109,969 plus 9.5% superannuation
  • Carlton Location
    • Design and implement the EPA Inquiry Implementation Engagement and Communications Strategy and ensure it is up to date and corresponds with project phases and the completion of key milestones
    • Carlton location, opposite the Victoria Market, with some regional travel required

Summary of what you’ll be doing

In this role you will design, implement, and deliver the reform communications and engagement strategy. Working closely with Senior Program Managers- Reform and coordinating expertise from EPA Connect, you will develop internal and external communications and engagement strategies for each of the four reform work program streams. Additionally, you will provide overall communications and engagement advice to the Reform team.

What you bring

  • Significant demonstrated experience in Communications and Engagement
  • Demonstrated understanding of complex strategies to gain support and understanding from internal and external stakeholders
  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication and team skills
  • Ability to engage and build relationships easily with others
  • Tertiary qualification in Communications, Engagement, Facilitation, or Environmental Sciences/Studies
  • Ability to manage and lead projects
