About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your skills and experience across a broad range of human resource functions within the Organisation Development unit of the Department of Parliamentary Services.  

Reporting to the Leader, HR Services, you will provide advice and services in relation to recruitment, occupational health and safety, employee relations and HR projects.

With the 2018 Victorian State Election fast approaching, this is an exciting, unique and dynamic time to contribute to the department and to deliver valuable HR advice and value-add initiatives to support staff in times of change.

About You

You will have demonstrated experience across a broad range of human resource functions paired with excellent communication and relationship building skills. A team player, your track record in providing high quality authoritative human resource advice alongside your well-developed analytical and written skills will be critical to your success in this role.
