The Information Technology Unit of the Department of Parliamentary Services has an opportunity for a System Administrator with proven infrastructure management capability, and a passion for excellence in service delivery.
Excellent organisational skills, a strong sense of initiative within a policy framework, and the ability to handle a busy workload in a professional manner are essential for this role. Highly developed communication, engagement and teamworking skills with an emphasis on achieving high levels of customer service are critical to your success in this position.
You will need to have;
- Proven incident analysis and resolution skills
- Proven experience in driving customer focussed excellence
- Proven experience with Cisco Unified Communications, Routing and Switching, Windows Server, VMWare, AD, ADFS, Nimble Storage, CommVault, Exchange, Firewalls, Security Appliances.
- Experience in managing small to medium infrastructure projects.
Salary: Grade PoV 5.1
Term of appointment: 18 Month Fixed Term appointment
