The Opportunity: As an Information Analyst at Powerlink Queensland you will be performing the analysis, running various mathematical calculations and data analysis techniques within a BI environment to determine how the data samples might best be applied to profit the business.

You will be part of a dedicated Information & Services Management team ensuring the provision of services that support the delivery of Powerlink’s project commitments. The team achieves this by delivery of information solutions and end-to-end coordination for small projects to meet project and customer needs across Powerlink.

Who are you? To be successful in this position, you will have completed formal qualifications in Information Management, GIS, IT or equivalent discipline, preferably at Degree level or a lesser qualification if coupled with demonstrated relevant and extensive experience. You will have established your career by gaining significant experience undertaking data analysis to support asset management activities, be knowledgeable in BI solutions based business analytics and reporting and have demonstrated strong experience in software platforms Tableau and/or Alteryx.
