Executive Support Officer - Permanent Full-Time role with a corporate Utility 


The Executive Support Officer contributes to organisational effectiveness by supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the Chief Executive Office through the provision of executive and administrative support to its key stakeholders. This is a permanent, full time role and works under limited supervision where you are required to apply judgement, discretion and initiative in performing the key activities in the role. Your contribution will be essential in the efficient and effective planning, organising, coordination and administration of the Chief Executive Office tasks, activities and events. Your overall drive and ambition is to provide a high level of customer service with great attention to detail in your delivery as well as a professional and proactive approach to communication and stakeholder liaison.

You will be part of the Chief Executive Office based in our corporate head office on the Northside of Brisbane. You will have experience as an Executive/Personal assistant supporting senior leaders accompanied with high levels of reporting, administrative and analytical skills. This position demands a strong ability to understand an organisation and apply this knowledge to the practical application of advanced administrative procedures and professional support.
