CFA is recruiting to a number of challenging and exciting positions that are integral to delivering the Government’s initiatives to enhance the delivery of fire services.
In October 2017, the Victorian Government announced an additional $60 million in funding to CFA as part of its Fire Services Statement (FSS) to help keep communities safe and further strengthen its service delivery. This will be critical to positioning CFA as a highly capable, modern, responsive emergency services organisation which reflects the community it serves.
These roles you will provide direct support and advice to the Lead Regional Learning and Development to ensure consistency and standardisation of Learning & Volunteerism practice. You will work closely with Fire & Emergency Management (F&EM) and District Planning (Training) Committees (DPC), under the direction of Lead Regional Learning and Development, to enhance brigade capability and enable brigade viability.
Locations include Warragul, Bairnsdale, Morwell, Wodonga, Seymour, Ararat, Colac, Portland or Casterton and Burwood East.
