Organisational Development Advisor

 

  • Ongoing Full Time
  • Clerk Grade 7/8
  • Package up to $131,847 pa. Package includes salary range ($106,025 pa to $117,363 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
  • Greenacre (Office based 3 days per week and work from home up to 2 days per week) with some travel from time to time

About the role:      

Working as part of the Organisational and Development Team, in this role you will work in conjunction with the organisational development and leadership team to strategically partner with business leaders to provide specialist advice and support about culture, engagement, and organisational development strategy. 

About you:

  • You will have demonstrated knowledge in the coordination and support of organisational development planning and policy frameworks including contemporary issues, best practise, relevant legislation and statutory obligations.
  • Demonstrated skills and extensive experience in delivering clear, accurate and engaging corporate projects/programs/initiatives in a complex environment

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and or equivalent experience in human resources, organisational development/psychology or project/change management. 
  • Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence and/or demonstrated ability to travel in accordance with position requirements
