Queensland Rail's Learning and Development business is seeking a highly experienced people professional to join their Learning Operations and Reform Team.
Your primary objective will be to provide expert advice on best-practice learning operations and reform initiatives, and to lead learning reform projects that enhance training operations and uplift organisational capability.
This position is tailored for a dynamic individual whose innovative and analytical thinking will enable them to critically evaluate current procedures, and to develop, document and assist in the implementation of new procedures and processes in line with the business requirements.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate resilience in a dynamic and at times challenging environment. We are looking for an individual with a consultative approach who has previous experience leading reform or change projects within a training or learning environment. A strong ability to build relationships, gain stakeholder trust and to work collaboratively to overcome resistance, will ensure your success in this role.

Starting salary $116,000 plus Superannuation.
