The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) has released its state accounts findings, showing the gross state product off the country’s states and territories.

The ABS found Western Australia experienced the strongest growth, posting an impressive 3.5 per cent and was one of five states to exceed the national Gross domestic product (GDP) growth rate of 2.1 per cent.

New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, ACT and Queensland all recorded a flat growth rate of 0.2 per cent or lower.
