SafeWork are looking for someone who has exceptional team management skills, who enjoys stimulating positive change through their work, leading by example and establishing best practice standards that will drive the delivery of exceptional operational support. . 

This is a pivotal role and an opportunity for someone to make it their own and have an impact. You will play a leadership role in the delivery of SafeWork’s Enforceable Undertakings Advisory Service, coordination of regulatory frameworks,, as well as contributing to the improvement of governance and business systems.

To be successful in this role, you will: 
  • Previous experience leading strategic and operational direction ensuring it aligns with organisational objective.
  • Have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to successfully negotiate and resolve issues
  • People and Change Management experience 
  • Experience in the application of regulatory frameworks is an advantage
