Operations Capability Officer – Local Government Pilot

  • VPS 4.1 $78,773 - $89,375 per annum plus superannuation

RoleOverview
This role will collaborate across the business to codify regulatory processes for Local Government Pilot through appropriate documentation (e.g. policies, procedures, etc). Part of the codification may require coordination of regulatory practice improvements. This role will also design, develop and deliver a best practice, blended learning program for the Local Government Pilot.  You will build and maintain great working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to identify linkages in work practices, develop operational policy, foster holistic learning programs and contribute to a learning culture. 

The Operations Capability Officer will:

  • work with the business to develop/document regulatory processes for Local Government Pilot
  • develop quality documentation to support the delivery fo the Local Government Pilot in accordance with current document management processes
  • apply digital and online learning skills and knowledge
  • designing and implementing a learning program for the Local Government Pilot
  • provide support to regulatory staff to build capability and confidence to consistently apply their powers
  • foster positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • maintain and enhance EPA’s reputation
  • work collaboratively to achieve outcomes
