Senior Consultant Organisational Culture

  • $98,704 – $108,078 plus 9.5% superannuation
  • Combination of strategic, tactical and operation duties
  • Carlton location, opposite the Victoria Market, with some regional travel required


Summary of what you’ll be doing

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to be a part of our Organisational Capability team within People and Culture. In this role, you will build and maintain strong working relationships with a broad range of internal and stakeholders; including EPA and key external stakeholders such as other Government departments, Industry Groups and Independent Consultants. With a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and as a Human Synergistics Accredited Practitioner, you will work closely with employees to provide strategic, tactical and operational advice on cultural programs and leadership development matters including developing and facilitating the linkages between people and culture. The position will focus on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to embed and drive leadership development and culture while ensuring delivery of public value and return on investment.

What you bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Psychology
  • Significant, demonstrated and practical experience in internal or external consulting roles involving organisational culture
  • Ability to deliver high quality services within commercially-driven deadlines
